Jean-Baptiste Sabatier (1801-1881), der sich nach seiner Verheiratung 1838 Sabatier-Blot nannte, war ein renommierter Miniaturmaler in Paris, der unmittelbar nach Bekanntgabe von Daguerres Erfindung mit dem Daguerreotypieren begann.
