Daguerreobase at Daguerreian Society Symposium
From the 9th untill the 14th of October 2013, the Daguerreian Society celebrates its 25th Anniversary with a Symposium that is held in Bry-sur-Marne, France.
The 2013 Symposium includes:
- Lecture Presentations on daguerreotypes with world-class speakers
- Exhibitions of daguerreotypes, etc., in conjunction with two institutions
- A Gala Reception
- An evening Dinner Banquet on the Seine River
- Walking tours of Bry-sur-Marne's points of interest regarding Daguerre
Daguerreian Society has given the Daguerreobase team the opportunity to present the Daguerreobase project during the lectures sessions that are held on Friday October 11th. We gratefully thank the Society's Officers and Board for this great opportunity.
Daguerreotype enthousiasts are welcomed to join us at this historical spot, to meet and share story's and interest for this fascinating medium.
