Description: Brass mats/mounts for Daguerreotypes: 5 - 65 x 100mm with 85 x 53 oval aperture; 6 - 65 x 100mm with 86 x 50 arched aperture; 2 heavy mats 82 x 108mm with 57 x 71 oval aperture with 3 rows of milled decoration; 1 heavy mat 75 x 88mm, 58 x 71 mm oval aperture with milled decoration; 50 x 63 mat 12 x 22mm oval apeture with milled decoration; 50 x 63 mat 50 x 37mm aperture with arched top and milled decoration; 50 x 64mm with stamped leaf decoration, 53 x 40mm oval aperture with milled edge; 87x53mm mat with 76 x 43mm arched aperture; 96 x 65mm mat with 86 x 52mm aperture. Some have been used for remounting in the Kodak Museum.
